recived your letter to day it was written June 10th it came very fast It must have just cough the mail in time Well I got Lucyes and Annies letter written jine 1 and 3. I did not get the Papers she said she mailed a day ahead the letter I got the papers annie send thanks Well I sent yo a rool of Newss papers I sent anna some a week ago did you get them yet I am glade the girls got the cards I sent you news of Edenburgh

Ah yes I sent you from Quebec 2 sovegners like the wheel I took down to you did you get them You never said well I was sorry Tom is sick ah yes how is the baby you never said What Bobby said about it I suppose he wants to be up to see it all the time Well Bee I was to Frasers 2 week this Sunday for 2 oclock dinner I don't go often for it is nearly 5 miles from home they are lovely People she was so glad to get your letter we had

some snaps taken when I get them I will send them to you say Bee the cuntry is so beautyfull now one cant tell you you will have to come and see it for your self I was out to the lake Loock to day fishing we did not have very good luck. My the lakes are nice they are all crownded with flowing bushes and pond lilys. Well thair is a bush that flowers the flower is like a Peonie Rose only hardy and the leafe is like a Bay leaf thair is 3 different calors pink Lavander white

Then thair is another a yellow bush flower called the Broom Tree the flower is like sweet pea. It has been in Bloom since april and keeps Blooming all summer the horse chestnut is just loaded with blossoms also the Lime Well Bee we have 6 miles to go to church our chaplan only come once in to camps I don't know whair he keeps him self the English minster comes evry second Sunday. They don't have any church prade at all

Well we are all happy here and keep on working our allan is well he often speaks of Roger and says he will do good nothing can stop him. I am glade he is at Fredrictown he seems handy to home. Ah I had a letter from Mike. Mary has a baby girl tey call her Mary Doreen. Well Bee if I get another leave I will try an go to those places some are bared London is out of Bounds and you get to get special Permission if one can get it to

go to different places on account of Bombing did you here me speak over the Raido hope you did well Bee if you want to send any thing candy of any kind chocklet bars we cant get any and if you have any summer savory send a little we cant get any here I get plenty to eat we have bacon and eggs beans sassages and the best of Beef cabbage carrots turnips jam the best jam I ever tasted all kinds black berry Ras B st B goose B Black currants and a dozen mor Tea coffee I cook for the officers now coco

I like it the Mayor is fine he is a grate man I havent herd from the Boys yet I wrote them I have never saw any one yet who saw Andrew Richard But I will wright him now I enquired about about Willy Cruwin Eddy Otool saw Philipe Loosen he is OK he is some whair in Scotland. I keep looken out for fellows from down home. Micky Gilmore looked fine when he was here to see me Say Beel I will have to say good by to morrow is a Holaday the July 1 thair is going to be a Picnic I gess we will go in the eveninging so good by by
